Recently moved down to Boca Raton and found this shop for my Jeep. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Great service, excellent communication, and a team that really knows what they’re doing. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made everything easy. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable Jeep shop in the Boca Raton area!

Took my Expedition Timberline to Chris at Big Shot Rides for new wheels, tires, and custom aesthetic work. Chris is honest, knowledgeable, and the attention to detail on this build is top-notch. Work done: Custom Wrap & Trim: Wrapped the lower rear fascia in a custom topographic design, complete with a precision cut-out so the tow hitch exits flawlessly. Smoked Tail Lights: Tinted the rear tail light housings to tie the dark, aggressive look of the truck together perfectly. Wheel & Tire Placement: Nailed the fitment of my new Fuel Revolts and 33" Falken Wildpeaks. They used a Hunter Road Force balancer, ensuring the stance and highway ride are 100% perfect with zero vibration. He even checked my brakes while the wheels were off and saved me from an unnecessary repair. I wouldn't trust my truck with anyone else in South Florida. Highly recommend!

Chris and his team at BSR always give exceptional services and again another ball hit out of the park!! I took my brand new 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali Ultimate to them to be lifted and few customization’s and they nailed it! 5” BDS floating on 38s. Highly recommend and will keep referring family and friends to them. Truly a custom shop that listen, guide, and perform.

Highly responsive and professional. Promises always kept. I have given BSR all of my business for the past 5 years. The work is impeccable, any issues that come from custom work are taken care of immediately and without question. Chris and his team take customer service to another level and they genuinely focus on the customer experience and make you and your vehicle their top priority. Superior work quality and craftsmanship, top tier communication, concierge treatment and a lot of TRUST THAT WAS EARNED. Your vehicle is a huge investment and your project is something you’ve looked forward to, Chris and his team will take care of you from beginning to end. Can’t recommend them enough. - Matt Mouttet
